Go right on Marginal Way and at light take a left onto one-way Preble St. The studio is in the first building on the left, tan with green trim, 137 Preble. Or, take Forest Ave. to Marginal Way, turn right at light onto Preble St.

Parking - The Yoga Center provides free parking either on site or in the lot accross the street. Additional parking is also available behind the building.

What to Wear - Bring Form fitting, comfortable clothing allowing ease of movement. All yoga equipment is provided.

Studio Rentals - Yoga Center Studios are occasionally available to rent for quiet activities. Main studio (approx. 1,200 square feet) is available Sundays. West studio (approx. 750 square feet) available daytimes and weekends. Call for information.

Classes often fill quickly. Early registration is recommended for best selection. Payment or deposit is necessary to reserve a space. Missed classes are non-refundable, however make-up classes are allowed within the same session on a space available basis by calling ahead to schedule. As an extra service, The Yoga Center offers at least one general make-up class at the end of each session. Day and time to be announced.

Make-ups for missed classes may be taken within the same session on a space available basis and must be scheduled ahead. Please call and indicate the date and time of the class requested. We will return your call only if the class is too full. Missed classes are non-refundable.
